Quilting 101 is not just for absolute beginners. Are you self taught and maybe could use a few extra pointers? Do you have a friend that you wished would quilt with you?? We can help. We have 2 upcoming classes that you may be interested in.

Beginning Quilting is a great class that will include making a strip/patchwork quilt. You will receive tips and tricks to help you get off to a great start with quilting. In this 2-day class, you’ll progress thru the steps from fabric preparation, cutting, piecing, and pressing to complete your quilt top. You will learn ruler and rotary cutting techniques, stitching of blocks and rows together with explanation of pressing to achieve nesting of seams. We will talk about great tools that can help. Sample quilt top will be hanging in the shop soon.

CLASS POLICY: 
Because a Quilting Class involves several parties– we must have some rules in place. If you sign up for a class we are reserving a spot for you. That reservation takes a space that might otherwise be offered to someone else. So, with that in mind, please understand the below rules.

Class fee is always non-refundable. A class credit/ class reassignment will only be given with a 7-day cancellation notice. Only 1 class credit/ class reassignment opportunity per sign up. After that the class fee is forfeited.
